Director dealings: Ultra Electronics discloses tiny executive transactions

Ultra Electronics was alone on the list of director deals on Wednesday, disclosing a number of exceptionally small transactions.

The FTSE 250 company said its president of intelligence and communications Mike Baptist, general counsel and company secretary Louise Ruppel, chief executive officer Simon Pryce, and chief financial officer Joe Sclater, had all bought shares on the London Stock Exchange.

Each of them had purchased just five shares each, at a price of 2,936p per share - making each transaction worth a whopping £146.80.

At 1606 GMT, shares in Ultra Electronics Holdings were up 0.88% at 2,978p.
