Director dealings: Walker Crips director ups stake

Walker Crips revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Lim Hua Min had acquired 302,119 shares in the London-listed stockbroker.

Min, who is also the executive chairman of PhillipCapital, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 26.18p each, for at total value of £79,094.75.

Following the transaction, Min's total beneficial holding in the company was 11.78m ordinary shares, representing 27.67% of the issued share capital of the company.

As of 1630 BST, WCW shares were flat at 27.50p.
