Directors dealings: John Laing Group boss picks up some shares

John Laing Group boss Olivier Brousse picked up a handful of shares on Tuesday.

On 8 March, the FTSE 250 group, which floated in February 2015 at a price of 195p per share, said it had become well established as both a renewable energy and a PPP investor as its investment commitments reached £180.5m, versus an annual average of £135m across the previous four years.

After realisations of £86.3m, net asset value at the year end grew 15.4% to £889.6m, or 242p per share, with profit before tax down 11.5% to £106.6m.

The company´s next set of interims were scheduled for release on 25 August.

Stock in the company closed up by 0.59% on the day at 222.8p.
