ECO Animal Health Group's executives cash in

After a strong set of first half results, ECO Animal Health Group’s chief executive and executive director are cashing in all their shares for a pre-Christmas bonus.

The company’s revenue for the six months to 30 September was up 27% to £21.5m, while pre-tax profit rose to £2.7m.

As a result of the positive results and taking advantage of the increased share price. Chief executive Marc Loomes and executive director Brett Clemo sold their entire stake in the company.

Clemo was the big winner, selling his 432,360 shares for just under £1.3m, a profit of £0.43m.

Loomes’ 331,110 shares sold for just under £1m, making just over £0.3m.
