Gamma Communications CFO sells shares to repay loan and tax liability

Gamma Communications’ chief financial officer sold just under two-fifths of his shareholding on Tuesday.

Andrew Belshaw sold just under 180,000 shares for a total of £742,327.

The proceeds of the sale were partially used to satisfy the tax liability on recently exercised share options from the beginning of December.

He also used it to repay a £50,000 loan which had been made to him before the company was admitted to AIM.

Belshaw still has a 0.3% stake in the company.

Non-executive director Andrew Stone also sold a fraction of his shareholding to take home a pre-Christmas bonus of £207,000.
