GVC non-exec offloads some shares

GVC Holdings’ non-executive director Norbert Teufelberger sold around 460,000 shares in the online gaming group at 490p each.

Following the sale, he now holds just under 2.8m shares or a 0.94% stake in the company.

GVC said last week that it had completed its acquisition of Bwin.party Digital Entertainment. The company’s chief financial officer, Richard Cooper, picked up 51,230 shares in the group last week at 488p each.

This brought his holding in the company to 757,553 shares or around 0.26%. At 1533 GMT, GVC shares were 3.9% lower at 461.50p.
