Key Rolls-Royce directors increase stake in company
Updated : 15:43
Rolls-Royce shares have had a good run over the last fortnight, and now its directors are getting in on the action.
Chairman Ian Davis, chief financial officer David Smith and non-executive director Lewis Booth have all significantly upped their stake in the company.
Davis purchased the biggest chunk of shares, buying 15,000 for just over £0.11m. He now holds a 36,874 share stake in the company.
It’s the latest in a line of Rolls-Royce director buys, after the majority of directors bought relatively small packages of shares on Wednesday.
The company is expected to release its third quarter interim management statement just over a month away on 12 November.
