Segro non-exec director buys shares

Real investment trust Segro said on Friday that non-executive director Margaret Ford has purchased 9,000 shares at 446.3p each.

She now holds 18,594 shares in the company.

Late last month, Segro acquired a portfolio of three, fully-let logistics buildings in the Netherlands totalling 104,000 square metres of space, for €92.7m (£65m) from Dutch private developer Dok Vast.

The price equated to a net initial yield of 6.1% for a combined weighted average lease term of five years to first break.

Elsewhere, Bunzl director Patrick Larmon sold 46,500 shares in the distribution and outsourcing group at 1,958.00p each.
