Tracsis boss sells stake

Tracsis’ chief executive John McArthur sold 120,000 shares in the AIM-listed data capture, reporting and resource optimisation company on Friday 8 January.

Selling them at an average price of 515.9p, he pocketed £619,080 just in time for the weekend.

The sale still leaves him with 1,062,783 shares in the company - a 3.9% stake.
