Zambeef non-exec director increases holding

Non-executive director Adam Fleming picked up shares in Zambeef Products through trust Rhodora Limited, of which he is a beneficiary.

The trust purchased 6.2m shares in the Zambia-based agri-business at 7.975p each, bringing Fleming's beneficial holding in the group to 15.4m shares.

Elsewhere, Kainos Group director Stephan Sakowicz and a connected person offloaded 7,000 shares in the digital technology solutions company at 253p each.

Following the sale, Sakowicz and his connected person hold 185,000 shares or 0.2% of the issued share capital.
