Director dealings: C&R's Norval increases stake

Capital & Regional non-executive director Louis Norval headed up the director dealing's top buyers list on Wednesday, increasing his interest in the company.

PDI Investment Holdings Ltd, an entity in which Norval has a beneficial interest, acquired 2.5m shares at an average price of 60.40p each.

Following the transactions PDI Investment Holdings Ltd has a total shareholding of 64,962,806 shares representing 9.270% of the company's issued share capital., C&R said in a statement.

"The revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval is 136,460,303 ordinary shares, representing 19.473% of the company's issued share capital. The total shareholding of all parties connected to Louis Norval, including those in which he has a beneficial interest and those which he does not but has a connection to, is 174,954,075 shares, representing 24.967% of the company's issued share capital."
