Deutsche Bank jumps on reports JP Morgan and CIBC mulling stakes

Shares of Deutsche Bank are a top gainer early on in the session following reports that two of its global banking peers may be weighing taking a stake in the German firm.

According to reports citing Wirstchaftswoche, JP Morgan and China's ICBC are mulling taking stakes in the German lender and investment bank.

As of 0930 BST, shares of Deutsche Bank were higher by 3.18% to €9.85.
