Ryanair confirmed on Tuesday that its directly-employed cabin crew in Spain had voted in favour of a recognition agreement with Sindicato Independiente de Tripulantes de Cabina de Pasajeros de Líneas Aéreas (SITCPLA) and Unión Sindical Obrera (USO).

The Ireland-based low-cost airline said the cabin crew voted for the resolutions by a majority of 99%, with the recognition agreement covering all of Ryanair's directly employed cabin crew in Spain.

“The airline and SITCPLA and USO are now progressing a collective labour agreement, which they both hope to conclude on [or] before 30 April,” Ryanair said in its short statement.
