A tracking poll by the Washington Post and ABC News conducted between 1 and 2 November among 1,767 adults found that a majority would vote for Democratic Party presidential contender Hillary Clinton and her running mate Tim Kaine, over Donald Trump and Mike Pence, by a margin of 47% to 45%.

That marked a small improvement versus an earlier poll, published on 1 November, which showed Trump was leading Clinton by one percentage point.

Another poll, this time from New York Times/CBS showed Clinton was ahead of Trump by three percentage points.

As a result, as of 1510 the greenback was off by 0.63% to 19.25.
