White House to again reject Keystone XL pipeline

Barack Obama will again reject the application to build the massive Keystone Xl oil pipeline between Canada and the US, according to reports.

US secretary of state John Kerry earlier on Friday recommended again rejecting the crude oil pipeline, which begins in Alberta and runs south to Nebraska, be rejected for the third time, for reasons of national security.
