Primary Health in new UK, Irish deals

Primary Health Properties said it had bought an investment property in Bolton for £8m and would fund a €5m (£4.22m) deal in Ireland.

The healthcare property investor said it had purchased the Waters Meeting Health Centre, which was fully let to NHS Property Services, with two GP Practices, a combined patient list of 13,500 and a pharmacy.

It added that it had also been contracted to develop and forward fund a property in Banagher which would comprise an area of 1,700 square metres and be let for an initial term of 30 years to the Irish government's Health Service Executive and the Banagher Family GP practice.
