Primary Health Properties buys Surrey facility for £6.95m

Primary Health Properties said it had bought a newly refurbished clinical facility in Chertsey, Surrey for £6.95m.

The property is let on a new 20-year lease to the Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and benefits from RPI led rent reviews

PHP on Friday said the deal would increase PHP's portfolio to a total of 522 assetswith a contracted rent roll of £141m.
