US pre-open: Futures point to losses following Thursday's solid gains

Wall Street futures were in the red ahead of the bell on Friday following the S&P 500's three-day rally.
As of 1225 GMT, Dow Jones futures were down 0.63%, while S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 futures had the indices opening 0.73% and 0.77% weaker, respectively.
The Dow closed 417.66 points higher on Thursday as investors digested the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision, jobless claims data, and news out of Russia and Ukraine.
The Russia-Ukraine conflict was in focus ahead of the bell again on Friday after multiple missiles struck an aircraft repair centre on the edge Lviv in western Ukraine, while a Ukrainian official revealed that one person was killed in an airstrike that hit the nation's capital of Kyiv.
President Joe Biden will speak with Chinese president Xi Jinping to discuss the ongoing conflict later in the day.
On the macro front, February's Conference Board leading index and last month's existing home sales will be published at 1400 GMT.
No major corporate earnings were slated for release on Friday.
