Aggreko director steps down

Debajit Das has stepped down from his role of director at Aggreko, the power and temperature control solutions provider confirmed on Friday.

Das, who held the role of regional director for Asia Pacific, had originally indicated he would leave the company on 22 June this year, when the FTSE 250 group unveiled plans to restructure its board of directors.

"We have taken the decision to reorganise the business to be as efficient and as effective as we can be for our customers and our markets," group chief executive Chris Weston.

Aggreko shares were up 0.05% to 993.50p at 0811 BST on Friday.
