Aggreko Power Solutions MD steps down with immediate effect

The head of Aggreko's Power Solutions unit is standing down with immediate effect and by mutual consent with the company.

Nicolas Fournier had been the managing director of that unit since November 2015.

He would be replaced by Stephen Beynon, who had 20 years' experience running wholesale and retail units at the likes of Cable&Wireless, Australia's Optus, Virgin Media, Eircom and British Gas.

The Glasgow-based supplier of temporary power silutions highlighted Beynon's experience in managing large services-based businesses and "deep" knowledge of the energy sector.
