Aviva completes sale of 50% stake in Antarius for £425m in cash

Insurance company Aviva has completed the sale of its entire 50% shareholding in life insurance joint venture Antarius to Sogecap for £425m in cash.

Sogecap was a subsidiary of Societe Generale. Confirmation of the completion followed the sale announcement in February.

At 10:43 GMT, shares in Aviva were up 0.28% to 531p each.
