BC Omega Holdco to sell around 30m shares in TI Fluid Systems in placing

Peel Hunt said on Tuesday that BC Omega Holdco plans to sell around 30m shares in TI Fluid Systems in a placing to institutional investors.

BC Omega currently holds just over 191m shares, which represents a stake of around 37.3%.

The placing price per share will be determined by way of an accelerated bookbuilding process, which has already begun.

Peel Hunt is the sole global co-ordinator and bookrunner on the placing.
