Property management firm British Land has let 83% of its Mayfair commercial development just four months after its launch in September.

The FTSE 100 company’s 51,000 square feet office space at 7 Clarges Street is 83% let after securing terms with Capula Investment, Quantum Pacific and Fortress Investment Group.

Capula will occupy three floors while US investment company Fortress has leased the fourth floor, with both deals for ten years.

Tim Roberts, head of offices and residential at British Land, said: "The interest we've seen in 7 Clarges Street and these transactions evidence occupiers' continuing appetite to make long term commitments for the best buildings in London's key financial and cultural districts.”
