Software firm Bytes said at its annual general meeting on Thursday that it had made "a positive start" to the current financial year.
Bytes said the public sector had continued to "perform strongly" of late, with "encouraging signs" that corporate spending had picked up.
Cash conversion was also said to have been "strong" in the period.
Chief executive Neil Murphy said: "As the last remaining lockdown restrictions are lifted, we are looking forward to returning to a less virtual environment while capturing some of the enduring efficiencies that have emerged over the past year.
"We expect to see a progressive return to the office, and increased physical sales activity, over the summer months and look forward to welcoming our next new sales intake in September."
As of 1000 BST, Bytes shares were up 3.34% at 445.40p.
