Capital & Counties in talks over Shaftesbury stake acquisition

Capital & Counties Properties said on Thursday that it is in talks about the potential acquisition of a 26.3% stake in Shaftesbury.

Responding to press speculation, Capco said there can be no certainty discussions will lead to any agreement.

A further announcement will be made in due course, if appropriate, it added.
