Information and communications technology (ICT) group Datatec said one of its subsidiaries has completed the acquisition of sector peer Thomas Duryea Consulting.
The London-listed company said Logicalis Group successfully secured the takeover of the Australia-based group for an undisclosed amount, adding the deal will enhance Logicalis’s scale and capabilities in the Australian ICT market.
The Australia-based group employs 125 people across offices in Sydney and Melbourne and has an annual turnover of approximately $50m.
“Thomas Duryea's professional services capabilities in Cloud and Datacentre are complementary to Logicalis Australia allowing for a broader portfolio of ICT solutions to market,” said Datatec’s chief executive Jens Montanana.
Datatec shares were down to 2.22% to 220.00p at 0853 GMT on Tuesday.
