Diversified Energy 'unaware' of reason for share price fall

Diversified Energy Company on Tuesday said it was unaware of any reason for the 12% slump in its share price on Monday.

In a short statement, the oil and gas producer said it there was no "operational or company-specific reason for this share price movement".

"The company further confirms there has been no material change to its financial and operational condition," it said, adding that it planned to issue its fourth quarter and year-end 2023 trading statement during the customary timeframe at the end of this month.
