Domino’s Pizza has announced chief financial officer Paul Doughty is leaving the company and stepping down from the board at the end of the year.
The FTSE 250-listed company announced on Thursday that he had tendered his resignation after just five months in the role.
Doughty was appointed to the job on 8 June, and was lauded by chairman Stephen Hemsley at the time as having a “wealth of experience from a leading consumer brand.”
The company said in Thursday’s low-key announcement that it has already started the recruitment process.
Chief executive David Wild will assume responsibility for the group's finance activities in the meantime.
