DWF to buy Canadian law firm Whitelaw Twining for up to £28m

DWF, a provider of integrated legal and business services, has agreed to buy Canadian law firm Whitelaw Twining for up to £28m.
Based in Vancouver, Whitelaw Twining specialises in insurance, commercial litigation, personal injury and dispute resolution. DWF said the acquisition brings "a strong strategic fit", greater scale and an enhanced platform in North America.

In 2021, Whitelaw Twining generated revenue of CAD34.5m (£20m).
