Foxtons appoints Mark Berry as new CFO

Estate agent Foxtons has appointed Mark Berry – currently group financial controller at Hays – as its new chief financial officer.

Berry will join the company on 7 November and will become a member of the board. He has been in his current role at recruitment firm Hays for five years, having worked there for the last 16.

Foxtons’ current CFO Gerard Nieslony will take up a new role as finance director.

At 0855 BST, Foxtons shares were down 2.6% to 158.25p.
