Frontera Resources appoints new executive director

Zaza Mamulaishvili has been appointed as an executive director at Frontera Resources, the oil and gas explorer confirmed on Thursday.

Mamulaishvili, the group co-founder and currently serving as president of the company, has been the general director of the group’s business in the Black Sea region since 1997 and holds a 2.18% of the company’s issued share capital.

Frontera Resources were flat at 09:08 on Thursday.
