Galliford Try extends work with UK govt accelerator

Galliford Try's regeneration arm has signed another agreement with Homes England to build more than 850 homes across the UK.

Alongside the government’s housing accelerator, Galliford Try Partnerships will deliver housing in Redcar, Cheshire, Staffordshire and Dorset.

The first homes are expected to be completed in spring 2020, with first planning applications due to be submitted this month.

The projects will deliver a mixture of housing tenures including open market housing, affordable rent, shared ownership, private rented sector and an extra-care development.
