Galliford Try has reached an agreement on a £48.5m contract with the Highland Council to build community campus in Wick, Scotland, with an ongoing services contract.

In addition, the FTSE 250 company will invest £1.6m in the project and will provide ongoing hard facilities maintenance and lifecycle management services in a contract worth approximately £13m over the 25-year period.
