Games Workshop appoints Elaine O’Donnell as chair

Miniature wargames manufacturer Games Workshop has appointed Elaine O’Donnell as non-executive chair with effect from 1 January 2021.

O’Donnell, who will succeed Nick Donaldson, has been an independent non-executive director at the company since 2013. She has been the senior independent director and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee since 2019, and is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Games Workshop also announced that John Brewis will become senior independent director with effect from 1 January. He has been an independent non-executive director since 2018.
