Glencore to ditch Hong Kong share listing

Anglo-Swiss commodity trading and mining group Glencore said on Tuesday that it plans to delist its shares from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at the end of January next year.

As at 30 October 2017, the company had 37,922,218 shares listed in Hong Kong, representing around 0.3% of the total issued share capital.
