HICL Infrastructure announces second quarter dividend

HICL Infrastructure Company announced a second quarterly interim dividend for the financial year to 31 March 2018 of 1.96p per ordinary share on Thursday.

The FTSE 250 company said the shares would go ex-dividend on 23 November, and the second quarter dividend would be paid on 29 December to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 24 November.

“As in previous years, the company is offering shareholders a scrip dividend alternative to the second quarter dividend,” the board confirmed in its statement.

Shareholders would receive the second quarter dividend in cash, unless they had previously completed a standing election to receive scrip shares.
