Interserve wins £60m services contract with JLL

Support services group Interserve has won a facilities management services contract worth £60m over its initial three year term with commercial and residential property services company JLL.

Interserve will provide integrated facilities services at 18 shopping centres managed by JLL across the UK. More than 300 staff will transfer to Interserve to deliver cleaning, security, customer services, pest control, window cleaning and electronic security system maintenance, the company said.

The account also includes the provision of standalone cleaning services for a number of JLL's offices across central London, worth approximately £9.5m a year.
