ISG awarded multi-million pound London office development

ISG has been awarded a £29m contract to build a new commercial office development in London.

The AIM listed company said on Wednesday the contract with Baldwin House Ltd is for a two-stage, design & build project.

It will deliver a new, highly-sustainable 12-storey development on Lombard Street with 58,000 sq ft of office space.

The scheme also involves the demolition of the existing building on the development site.
