John Menzies CFO Paula Bell leaving for Spirent Communications

Aviation services and print distribution company John Menzies said on Monday that chief financial officer Paula Bell is set to resign from her position to become CFO at Spirent Communications.

Bell will be replaced by Giles Wilson on 1 July, but will stay on at the company until 29 July to ensure an orderly handover.

Wilson has been with the group for five years in a variety of senior roles including finance director of Menzies Aviation. Most recently, he has been based in Dubai as senior vice president of its Middle East, India and African regions.

Prior to joining John Menzies, he held a number of senior finance positions in both publicly-listed and privately-held companies. He worked with Gallaher Group PLC for six years and later spent five years as finance director of Commercial Estates Group, a large privately owned UK-wide property company.

At 0910 BST, shares were down 0.1% to 491.34p.
