Land Securities close to fully letting Paddington office building
Land Securities has signed up three new long-term tenants for its 20 Eastbourne Terrace office building next to London's Paddington station.
With US software company Citrix taking two floors and another let to medical device manufacturer LivaNova, the building is now 90% let with only two floors still available.
Land Securities's head of commercial, Kaela Fenn-Smith, said the lettings were a "great endorsement of the product", saying the FTSE 100 company was attracting a range of companies to the building by putting "the needs of our customer at the heart of our building design".
20 Eastbourne Terrace, which includes a café, collaboration and business lounge at ground floor level, a 2,000 sq ft roof garden on level 17 shared by all customers, totals 92,000 sq ft of office space designed by Fletcher Priest in collaboration with Stiff & Trevillion architects.
