MyCelx chief financial officer quits

Clean water company MyCelx Technologies Corporation said chief financial officer Mark Clark will leave next month.

In a statement the AIM listed company said Clark was to step down to pursue other business opportunities.

MyCelx’s corporate controller Kimberly Slayton will start as interim chief financial officer once Clark leaves but will not join the board, the company said.
