NEO Investment Partners to invest £30m in Victoria Beckham Limited

NEO Investment Partners, a private equity firm founded in 2008, is to invest £30m in Victoria Beckham Limited, enabling the brand to expand its operations globally.

The transaction was said to value the former Spice Girl's company at £100m, according to the Business of Fashion website.

NEO has granted Beckham's wish to keep the business independent.

Victoria Beckham Limited comprises part of Beckham Brand Holdings, owned by Victoria Beckham, the label's creative director, alongside David Beckham and Simon Fuller's XIX Entertainment.
