Pantheon Infrastructure to debut on London market

Pantheon Infrastructure is to float on the London market as it seeks to raise $300m, it was announced on Monday.
The firm, which will invest in equity and equity-related private infrastructure assets, plans to list on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and will offer ordinary shares at an issue price of 100p each.
It is targeting a net asset value total return per share of between 8% and 10% per annum following the full investment of the net initial proceeds.
Pantheon Ventures, a specialist in private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private debt, will be its investment manager. Founded in 1982, the firm currently has total assets under management and advice of $71.3bn, with 155 infrastructure investments completed since 2009.
As at 31 March 2021, the global infrastructure investment team managed $16.0bn in assets.

Richard Sem, partner at Pantheon, said: "There is a growing and substantial requirement for investment in a number of different infrastructure sectors globally.
"The strategy is expected to deliver a robust income stream and capital growth from creating value in the underlying portfolio companies."
Investec Bank is acting as sole sponsor, financial advisor and bookrunner. The prospectus is due to be published later this week, with admission anticipated mid-November.
