RSA completes sale of Colombian operations

RSA Insurance Group has completed the sale of its operations in Colombia to Suramericana SA, the insurance subsidiary of Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana.

The company said it expected that the completion of the remaining disposals of its Latin American operations - in Chile, Argentina, Mexico and Uruguay - to occur over the next six months. The sale of RSA’s operations in Brazil was completed on 29 February 2016.
