RSA completes withdrawal from South America with sale of Uruguay unit

RSA closed the sale of its subsidiary in Uruguay to local rival Suramericana S.A., completing its withdrawal from South America.
The transaction followed similar divestments throughout 2016 in Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Mexico.
