Segro confirms discussions with Roxhill Developments

Segro has confirmed speculation it is in discussions with Roxhill Developments over a possible arrangement.

The FTSE 250 company said on Friday that if the companies come to an agreement, they will work together to develop a number of land sites in the Midlands and South East regions of the UK, which are currently held under option by Roxhill.

Segro said the possible deal will strengthen its presence in the UK big box logistics market.

However, it highlighted that there is no guarantee an agreement will be reached, and any further announcement will be made if appropriate.
