Snoozebox Holdings' non-executive chairman David Morrison has resigned from the company’s board, while Chris Errington, currently a non-executive Director, has taken up his position.

In a statement on Friday, the AIM-listed company also said non-executive director Richard Davies has left the board owing to ill health. Snoozebox currently has “no plans to replace Richard Davies.”

Commenting on the changes, incoming chairman Errington said, “I would like to thank David Morrison for his very significant contribution to the company over the last four years including a substantial period during which he enabled the refinancing and stabilisation of the business in an executive capacity.”

“The board is saddened that Richard Davies will no longer be able to continue his role on the Snoozebox board and on behalf of the rest of the board, both personally and professionally, I would like to thank him for his contribution over the last four years."
