David Galan has been appointed as chief financial officer (CFO) of Ten Alps, the multimedia company said on Monday.

Galan, who has previously worked as CFO and chief executive at a number of companies, including online gaming start-up Picklive Limited, will step into his new role on 1 January and will work with outgoing CFO Nitil Patel to ensure a smooth handover period.

“David brings a wealth of relevant experience as a financial professional and has made a strong impression on the board,” said group chief executive Mark Wood.

“David will play a key role in enabling us to pursue an ambitious strategy of both organic and M&A growth.”
