Tethys Petroleum agrees to extend exclusivity period with AGR Energy

Tethys Petroleum has agreed a short extension to its exclusivity period with AGR Energy, which originally ran to 12 June.

The period will now run until 26 June to give the company additional time to negotiate a potential larger financing.

Its share price had declined 4.68% to 9.29p by 08:50 on Friday.
