TI Fluid Systems confirms date and amount for interim dividend

TI Fluid Systems confirmed details around its interim dividend on Friday, reporting that it would be paid on 28 September to shareholders on the register on 17 August.

The FTSE 250 firm had announced on 8 August that the interim dividend for 2018 would be 3.02 euro cents per ordinary share.

It would be payable in cash in sterling to holders of ordinary shares.

“The dividend amount of 3.02 euro cents was converted from euro to sterling using the London closing spot rate on 16 August,” the TI Fluid Systems board said in its statement.

“Accordingly, the sterling dividend payable on 28 September 2018 will be 2.70p per ordinary share.”
